“Be Process-Oriented Instead of Goal-Oriented”

That nugget right there is what needs to happen once you begin to gain momentum. To make sustainable change requires upgrading your internal and external processes.

That means you have to act, think, and behave differently than you do today.

One last thought, if you think becoming a new version of yourself is easy, think (and act and believe) again.

Each one of us has the potential to evolve and live a life we sincerely want to live, but it takes work. Keep in mind the goal is to evolve as a person both professionally and personally.

Welcome to the future of work.

Scott: I've been studying and testing belief-clearing techniques for more than two decades. You are right about the things that don't work. That frustrated me, as well. So I looked for what actually DOES work to create permanent and thorough change. I figured out WHY they work, then put them together into a training. I teach the Clear Beliefs Method to coaches, therapists and consultants – it's a comprehensive process for changing beliefs at the core of the psyche. With 20 years of experience, and more than 600 graduates, we have tons of evidence that real change is possible, and when you use what works, it's rapid. Feel free to reach out to me for a sample session so you can see how it works for yourself. www.ClearBeliefs.com, and lion@
