Rick Rosenfield is the co-founder of California Pizza Kitchen. He and his law partner, Larry Flax, left careers as federal prosecutors to open their first restaurant in Beverly Hills in 1985. They grew CPK into a public company with more than 265 restaurants. Rick tells the story in his book, The California Pizza Kitchen Story.
