The most successful people in history had no idea who they were.

Benjamin Franklin started as a candlemaker's son, became a printer, then a writer, then a scientist, then a diplomat, then a founding father. At no point did he stop to ask "Is this aligned with my authentic self?"

He just became whatever the situation required.

Compare this to you, paralyzed by whether a career change "fits your identity" or whether taking a risk "feels authentic to who you are."

Franklin would have laughed at your personality test results.

Not because he was less self-aware, but because he understood something you've forgotten: Identity is the enemy of achievement.

The moment you decide who you are, you limit who you can become.
