Are you being useful or useless for your customers?

The concept of pushing ideas down on people in hopes of selling them a product is archaic.

The concept of pushing ideas down on people in hopes of selling them a product is archaic.

Modern marketing requires companies to not only be helpful… but useful.

Modern marketing requires companies to publish content that doesn’t necessarily sell their product.

It requires companies to publish content that helps their audience solve problems that may (or may not) have anything to do with your organization.

Work on solving problems for your customers in the way that they need it, when they need it & in a specific format that works for them.

This will generate the trust, relationship and loyalty that will influence your buyer when they are ready to buy.
